Subprocessors and Service Providers

sepia.live may rely on third-party providers to host, secure, message, store, or operate the website and application service.

Version 1.3. Effective date: May 13, 2026. Last updated: May 26, 2026.

Current provider categories

Resend

Transactional email delivery.

Vercel

Frontend hosting and edge delivery.

Render

Backend hosting and services.

Neon

Managed PostgreSQL database.

MongoDB Atlas

Managed document database for app runtime and publishing.

Meta

Advertising and campaign measurement on limited ad-driven marketing landing pages.

Operational logging context

Website traffic measurement currently relies mainly on server-side request metadata and operational logs rather than non-essential browser analytics tags across the main site. Hosting, routing, or application providers may therefore process items such as IP address, user-agent, referrer, host, requested path, timestamps, response status, and related security or delivery logs in the ordinary course of operating the service.

A limited exception applies to certain marketing landing pages, typically accessed through ads, where Meta Pixel may be used for campaign measurement and booking-page performance analysis.

Important note

This page is a practical public summary and should be kept aligned with the actual live production stack. If a provider is added, removed, or materially changes role, this page should be updated.
